User opinions mining has become a crucial issue in Natural Language Processing in recent years, particularly in mining reviews, ratings, and posts on various social media platforms for sentiment analysis. The success of movies is often judged based on their ratings and reviews, with internet and mobile users relying on reviews and ratings to form opinions about new movies. The sentiments expressed in reviews reflect the positive or negative attitudes towards a movie.
This article focuses on the sentiment analysis of movie ratings provided by reviewers to understand the public response towards a movie. By analyzing the sentiment of movie ratings, we can determine whether people like the movie or not. Through natural language processing, we can identify keywords in reviews to determine the overall sentiment and make a judgment.
