Online Jewellery Shopping Project using Java, JSP, and MySQL
This project aims to provide an online platform for selling jewellery items. Below are the modules and descriptions of the Online Jewellery Shopping System Project:
Product Module:
The Product module is designed to manage product data efficiently. Admin can handle all product-related tasks, while customers can view the products. Features of this module include product management, editing/deleting products, and viewing product lists.
Product Company Module:
This module focuses on managing product companies. Admin can handle product company details, and customers can view the information. Features include product company management, editing/deleting companies, and viewing company lists.
Order Module:
The Order module is responsible for managing orders. Admin can oversee all orders, and features include order management, editing/deleting orders, and viewing order lists.
Customer Module:
The Customer module provides functionalities related to customer management. Admin can perform CRUD operations on customer data, while customers can view and update their details. Features include adding new customers, viewing customer details, and customer data validation.
Shipments Module:
The Shipments module manages customer shipments, with admin handling all shipment records. Features include shipment management, editing/deleting shipments, and viewing shipment lists.
Users of Online Jewellery Shopping:
There are two types of users in the project:
- Employee: With Limited Access
- Admin: With Full Access
Functionality performed by Employee user:
Employee users can perform various functions related to customer registration, shopping cart management, and order processing.
Functionality performed by Admin user:
Admin users can perform tasks such as managing customers, products, orders, shipments, and generating reports.
Static Pages and other sections:
The project includes static pages like Home, About Us, and Contact Us, providing information about the project and contact details.
