The existing manual system is time-consuming and requires a lot of manpower. The event management system using PHP and MySQL offers many advantages such as:

Three main parties are involved in the event management system: admin, customers, and guest users. The admin manages everything related to events, budgets, employees, work allocation, money distribution, and customer requests. Customers can manage their profiles, view event services, book events, and provide feedback. Guest users can view event categories, services, and provide feedback as well.

The project Event Management System on Java, JSP, and MySQL is developed to run on the Tomcat Server. It aims to help students learn Java software projects and manage activities performed by event conductors, attendees, organizers, and event reviewers.
