Railway Enquiry System Project using Java, JSP, and MySQL

The Railway Enquiry System project has been created using Java, JSP, and MySQL and is designed to run on the Apache Tomcat server. It can also be configured and run on IDEs like Eclipse and Netbeans. The main objective of this project is to manage the railway enquiry system online, providing users with information on train schedules, cancelled trains, rescheduled trains, diverted trains, train between station enquiries, fare enquiries, and more. Modules and Description of Railway Enquiry System Project:

Train Module:

The Train Module focuses on providing all functionalities related to trains, tracking train information, and implementing CRUD operations for trains. Features of this module include adding new train records, viewing train details, editing and updating train records, deleting train records, and client-side form validation using JavaScript.

Train Route Module:

The Train Route Module is designed to manage train routes, allowing admins to add, edit, and delete train routes, as well as enabling customers to view train routes.

Reschedule Train Module:

The Reschedule Train Module is responsible for managing rescheduled trains, with admins handling all rescheduled train information. Features include managing diverted trains, editing/deleting diverted trains, viewing diverted train lists, and allowing customers to view their diverted trains.

Diverted Train Module:

The Diverted Train Module is dedicated to managing diverted trains, with admins managing all diverted train details. Features include managing diverted trains, editing/deleting diverted trains, viewing diverted train lists, and allowing customers to view their diverted trains.

Cancelled Train Module:

The Cancelled Train Module focuses on functionalities related to cancelled trains, tracking cancelled train information, and implementing CRUD operations for cancelled trains. Features include adding new cancelled train records, viewing cancelled train details, editing and updating cancelled train records, deleting cancelled train records, and client-side form validation using JavaScript.

The system supports two types of users: admin with full rights and normal users who can only search for trains.
